Perfect wedding day for Katie + Shane. All their planning came together perfectly as they celebrated with family and friends on Captiva.

Their wedding ceremony was the first for the new pastor of the Chapel by the Sea. Not his first ever, but his first as chaplain at the historic Captiva chapel. Katie + Shane were completely relaxed, carefree and enjoying every moment of their day as they exchanged vows.

Following the ceremony we changed venues for their celebration at ‘Tween Waters Inn. The sunset was incredible. We took full advantage of the amazing backdrop for lots of pix as the sun set on their first day as husband and wife.

They partied into the evening at the Canoe + Kayak which is an intimate space on the water bayside at the resort. Danny Morgan entertained their group as they danced and celebrated this sweet couple. Thank you both for sharing your wedding day with me.

Blessed. And even more blessed that their family treated my fisherman son and father to a box full of Reef Runner lures each! Cloud nine. Someday I’ll have to blog some fishing pix 🙂
